By using the web application "Floume.ai" (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), I hereby declare and confirm that:

I am of legal age and have full legal capacity under the laws specified in the User Agreement, and I agree to notify the Administrator if this status changes.

I hereby consent to the collection, processing, disclosure, and use by the Administrator of the following personal data provided by me in connection with the operation of the Platform and belonging to me:

I voluntarily and knowingly consent to the use of my personal data by the Administrator for the purposes specified in the User Agreement and its integral parts, including, as required by applicable law, for the recording, organization, updating, modification, deletion, anonymization, storage, transfer, archiving, destruction, electronic recording, and maintenance of my personal data.

In addition to the personal data listed above, I consent to the processing by the Administrator of any other information about me that is necessary for the fulfillment of the Administrator's obligations under the Agreement and that I have provided in the course of my interaction with the Administrator.

This consent shall remain in effect until revoked by me or until the termination of my obligations under the Agreement or any other similar arrangement, whichever occurs first.
